  ICANN policies on new registered/renewed/transferred domains

1.New registered domains less than 60 days.  Any attempts to request for a registrar transfer for a new registered domain name less than 60 days will be rejected.  Please refer to I
CANN policy for 60 days new registered domain name transfer prohibited.
2. Domain transferred within 60 days.  Any domains have been successfully transferred will be prohibited to take another transfer request within the next 60 days period.  This policy does not apply to transfer approved upon both losing and gaining registrars, and domains from an arbitration decision. 
3. Your domain is prohibited to transfer away if your account is negative or have outstanding debts. 
4. You are unable to transfer away your domain name if the status of domain appeared as “locked”, it is necessary for you to unlock your domain name before submitting a transfer request. 
5. Expired domains are prohibited for a transfer.  We hereby suggest you to renew your domain name before you attempt to submit a transfer request. 
6. Your domain might be locked under specific conditions, please contact customer support center if you encountered this situation.
